Prerequisite(s): Enrollment in the ADN program and NUR 111 Corequisite(s): NUR 112 , NUR 113 , NUR 114 , NUR 211 , and NUR 212 This course is designed to assimilate the concepts within the three domains of the individual, healthcare, and nursing. Emphasis is placed on the concepts of fluid/electrolytes, metabolism, perfusion, mobility, stress/coping, violence, health-wellness-illness, professional behaviors, caring interventions, managing care, healthcare systems, and quality improvement. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to provide quality, individualized, entry-level nursing care. Offered: Spring
